Samples that are processed on ROSALIND require Analysis Units to unlock the ROSALIND discovery experience. Analysis Units may be purchased in packs of 10 or 50 from the ROSALIND Store.

ROSALIND users have the ability to have a virtual meeting room, or a collaboration Space, where any participant could add experiments, explore and interpret the results in the Space and create Meta-Analyses across them.

Experiment Libraries utilize the ROSALIND Knowledge Graph to securely unify scientists with focused datasets based on departmental, clinical trial or organizational requirements for FAIR data access. Only Library members may access or share the datasets and experiments contained therein. Library security policies may be customized for each Enterprise Subscription.

Only undergraduate students with an academic institution email (.edu) are eligible for this specially discounted subscription.

Analysis Units can be purchased in packages of 10 or more inside the ROSALIND Store.

Yes, you can. Public Data Import is available for Academic Researcher, Academic Lab, and all BioPharma subscriptions. 

• Tier 1: The Rosalind Support team will do our best to respond instantly to all Tier 1 support inquiries. These usually will have first contact within 4-6 hours.
• Tier 2: Paid Subscription users will receive first response the same day within 24 hours
• Tier 3: Partner Sponsored inquiries will receive first response within 48 hours
• Tier 4: All other users are urged to reference the Rosalind Help Center for answers to their questions.
