Which Genome Build should I select?

If you are uploading a Processed Count file, you will need to select the correct Genome Build to allow ROSALIND to calculate the Pathway Enrichment scores for your gene sets. 

• You can open your Processed Counts file and if the gene names begin with 'ENS' this indicates they are Ensembl Ids and you will need to select an Ensembl Genome Build. For example, Ensembl genomes include GRCh38 and Rnor_6.0.
