      How do I double-check that the sequences being used for the DxM In-Silico analysis are current and correct?

      Viewing the original file that was loaded in with the sequence/region data is available in the summary of your assay.

      The following is an easy way to check on the sequences that were entered to run the initial in-silico analysis on DxM.

      1. Go to the Company Directory
      2. Click on the Name of the Assay
      3. Go to the Samples
      4. You can either view the table that displays the sequence data, or you can download the CSV of the original definition file that was used.
