How to Manage Filters

Filter Tab

Beginning from a Differential Expression, select the funnel icon from the left hand tabs. This will open the filter tab where you can seamlessly switch between different created filters.

Access the Filter Page

A new filter with custom significance thresholds can be created by clicking the plus button.

Create a New Filter

Within the create new filter page, enter a new filter name, cut off values, and select either the adjusted or unadjusted p-value option.

Optionally, apply a unique color and letter icon for your filter by selecting the new filter's color square.

Then click to update the table on the right to display all genes meeting the filter criteria for significance.

Click to begin processing the new filter and associated interactive analysis output.

Delete a Filter

To delete an existing filter, select the funnel icon from the left hand tabs to open the filter tab. Click the minus button to select a filter for removal. Once selected, confirm deletion.
