Mastering GeoMx Data Analysis: A Comprehensive Series

Written by Kuki Gandhi | Sep 13, 2024 2:14:10 PM

Rosalind is excited to introduce the GeoMx Data Analysis Masterclass Series, an educational initiative aimed at equipping researchers with advanced skills for GeoMx spatial data analysis. Hosted by Dr. Jessica Noll, an expert in spatial biology, this session laid the foundation for a comprehensive five-part series aimed at elevating your understanding of spatial data analysis and its applications.

Spatial biology is revolutionizing how we view and analyze biological data. Dr. Noll highlighted how Rosalind’s platform has emerged as a powerful tool to simplify complex data analysis in this rapidly evolving field. By integrating various types of data—DNA, RNA, and protein—into a single cloud-based platform, Rosalind enables users across academia, biotech, and pharma to conduct in-depth analysis while collaborating with peers globally.
